Taylor Janca
Managing Partner of Downhole Well Solutions, LLC
Taylor’s extensive back ground in the Oil & Gas Service sector started in 2006 after graduating from Texas A&M University with a BS in Industrial Distribution. Taylor spent his first two years out of school with Tesco Services, in their tubular services division, focusing on sales and business development. Following that, Taylor spent the next six years in sales with LEAM Drilling Services, helping establish one of the largest independent directional drilling service companies in the US. The last 3 years at LEAM, he served as Vice President of Sales before co-founding DWS. He credits his experience and knowledge from his time in the directional business and its continuous demand of delivering a strong and reliable service. Taylor’s focus at DWS is centered around Business Development and driving the company’s focus on unwavering Customer Service.
Chandler Janca
Managing Partner of Downhole Well Solutions, LLC
Chandler Janca is responsible for overseeing operations across all facets of the business. Chandler brings a unique skillset to the oil and gas service industry, having over 10 years experience in various field supervisor roles and engineering positions. Prior to starting DWS, he served as Senior Drilling Engineer for Earthstone Energy, Inc. Over the course of his 5 years at Earthstone, Chandler oversaw all drilling operations and assisted in numerous completions projects. Previously, he served in the same capacity for Halcon Resources, heading up drilling operations for the company’s Rocky Mountain Division. Chandler spent the following 3 years at Swift Energy, where he started in the field as a Drilling Rig Supervisor and quickly ascended the ranks to Drilling Engineer, eventually serving as Asset Team Lead for all South Texas operations. While going to college, he spent his summers “roughnecking” on drilling rigs to set the foundation of his operational background. Chandler earned a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas.
Avinash Cuddapah
Managing Partner of Downhole Well Solutions, LLC
After earning his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Houston, Avinash began his oil & gas service career as a Mechanical Engineer in National Oilwell Varco’s downhole tool business segment. While there, Avinash was directly involved in projects related to R&D, sustaining engineering, and service quality across both drilling and coiled tubing product lines. Avinash spent the following 2 years at LEAM Drilling Services as a Product Line Manager, where he oversaw the successful development, commercialization, and deployment of a new drilling tool technology across the US land market. During his career, Avinash has contributed to numerous novel solutions and technical papers, and also has been granted US and global patents. Avinash’s focus at DWS is organically growing the company’s technology and overseeing service facility operations.
